ABOUT ABOUT

This course is exclusively for Queer Female/Non-Binary Mental Health Professionals and takes place at the same time every week for 16 consecutive weeks.

If you are not a therapist/counsellor/coach etc. please email IFSCA to let us know in what capacity you work with people in order to determine your eligibility for the course.

Within the safety of other Queer-identified folks, we will dive into the Internal Family Systems Model, with a mix of didactic learning and hands-on practice experience. This course will teach folks how to discover and access their own “Self-energy”, learn from supervised practice triads, discover and connect with our “therapist parts, and much more. There will be spaces to witness and/or participate in live demos, as well as the opportunity to get all your questions answered during the consultation sessions.
